CICO-SWIS Information

CICO-SWIS is a new application within SWIS to manage data entry and report generation for students participating in the Check-in Check-out program (CICO). Schools can add the CICO feature for an additional $50 a year. To obtain CICO you must contact your facilitator and complete a new License Agreement signed by the school administrator and verify that all 9 CICO-SWIS readiness requirements are met. Two weeks from the time that the new SWIS License Agreement and CICO Readiness Requirements are met, your new account will be activated. The CICO Readiness Requirements can be found on the Kane County Regional Office of Education website under the PBIS link. If you do not intend to acquire the new CICO application, you do not need to complete a new License Agreement.
