Summit Early Learning Center delivers early childhood education in a way in which respects each child as an individual, fosters each child's strengths, and delivers positive learning experiences to enrich a child's life.
Summit Early Learning Center provides children of all abilities with their first preschool experience in a skilled and caring educational atmosphere.

Summit School, Inc. has an opportunity for an energetic and dynamic Director of Early Childhood to join the administrative team and an incredible school staff.
Responsibilities Staff Supervision: Recruits, interviews, hires staff. Develops annual in-service plan. Conducts weekly staff meetings. Evaluates staff annually. Program: Researches, presents and provides professional development of new curriculum, analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the curriculum, Supervises day to day student, staff and transportation program activities. Submits all student enrollment, attendance, health and transportation reports.
Budget and Grant Writing: Coordinates with CEO on annual budget. Writes annual funding grants. Submits regular grant reports. Family Communication: Develops family recruitment and orientation plans. Monitors information dissemination through parent programs. Coordinates home visits and family activity nights with staff. Professional Collaborations: Participates in community groups such as EPEL and ACE. Participates in Administrative Team and Corporate Board Meetings. Exercises professional decorum. Participates in professional organizations and conferences.
