The annual Countywide Institute Day is part of the Kane County Regional Office of Education's commitment to fostering professional development in our school.
The 2014 County Wide Institute Day will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014. We will again be offering a variety of topics this year such as Differentiated Grading, Understanding Autism, Close Reading and Learning Focused Supervision. If you go to the first link below, it will take you to our Online Workshop Registration, and you will be able to review the available workshops. Registration will be open on Monday, February 3, 2014, with the exception of the Workshops being offered by IMSA. This will be opened in mid-December, with registration going directly through IMSA's website. (Please see links below)

The first 25 Kane County teachers to register for the STEM program and the first 15 Kane County teachers for the History program will be at NO CHARGE, after that the fee is $25. or $35. respectively.You will need to use a coupon code when registering. For STEM you will need to enter "Kane" and for History you will need to enter "KaneH" in the coupon code box at check out. Once the free applicants have registered, the coupon code will no longer work.
