New Principal Mentoring PRogram
NPMP
The purpose of the New Principal Mentoring Program in Kane County centers on providing support to newly assigned first year principals. Professional development activities, on-site visits, communication via e-mail and phone conversations will provide the vehicles needed to ensure continuous, year long, dialogue between a new principal and their mentor. First year, inexperienced principals are required by state law to participate in an approved program of which the Kane County ROE is one. It is with great pleasure that we extend our services to all districts in Kane County in need of fulfilling the state mandate or extending beyond it to meet the needs of experienced principals as well.
